Yoneo John Shono

Yoneo John Shono was a beloved man who dedicated his life to his loved ones, through deep acts of integrity, honesty, service and gratitude to the ones he loved most.

As a grandfather, he dedicated himself as a male role model that I looked up to, from helping with Cub Scout Projects, to painting and fixing our home together, and to the joyous car rides on adventures to museums and other LA landmarks. He defined my childhood and helped form the principles and basis of who I am as a person.

His memory will forever be a blessing to us all, as we reflect and celebrate on a long, bountiful life well lived.
