He was born on February 24, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois and had been a long time resident of Long Beach, California. Wilmer is survived by his beloved children, William (Cheryl) Irvine, Kim Irvine, Robin (Chris) Crandall and Scott (Judene) Irvine.
