William Rosser

William Lowell Rosser, the son of William and Jasmine Rosser, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2013 at the age of 82. He was born on July 25, 1931 in Los Angeles, California and had been a life long resident of Carson. William is survived by his beloved wife, Marian Rosser; children, Bill and David; grandsons, Tyrone and William and brother, Ronald Rosser. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 3 - 8pm at Green Hills Mortuary with a Chapel Service on Monday, December 9, 2013 at 1pm followed by interment.
