William Kenneth Parcell

William Kenneth Parcell, the son of Raymond and Irene Parcell, passed away on May 4, 2013 at the age of 77. He was born on May 7, 1935 in Fredricksburg, Virginia and had been a long time resident of Torrance, California. William is survived by his beloved wife, Delores Parcell.
