He was born on July 28, 1930 in Long Beach, California and had been a lifelong resident of Torrance. Wallace is survived by his beloved wife; Charlotte McLay, children; Wallace (Reyna) McLay, Michael (Cyndie) McLay, Karen Rieder and grandsons; Taylor Rieder and Jeffrey McLay.
