Viron S. Wheeler

Viron, the son of Troy and Evelyn Wheeler, was born May 1, 1920 in Augusta, Kansas and passed away peacefully in Torrance, California at the Huntington Retirement Hotel in Torrance on January 13, 2015. Viron served in the U.S. Army as a Platoon Sergeant in World War II. He married Juanita, the love of his life on June 15, 1947 in Winfield, Kansas. Viron was a Computer Specialist and retired from Rockwell Corporation in 1982. He was preceded in death by his wife. Viron is survived by their three devoted daughters, Zereta (Robert) Cochran, Vicki (Ronald) Earnest and Susan (Mark) Irving; five grandchildren, Kelli, Robert (Danielle), Toby, Corey and Savannah; three Great-grandchildren, Brandon, Emily and Kailey, other relatives and friends. The Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the interment site in Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes.
