Vincent Anthony Esposito

Dr. Vincent Anthony Esposito born April 24, 1947 passed away July 1, 2013. He was the co-director of the Radiology Department at St. Mary Hospital since 1980. A graduate of Loyola University, with an M.D. from UCLA, he was on the staff of St. Mary, Community Hospital of Long Beach and Pacific Hospital. At St. Mary, Dr. Esposito served as Chief of Staff, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, member of the Catholic Healthcare West Board of Directors, and a member of the St. Mary Medical Center Foundation Board, where he founded and chaired its Charity Golf Tournament for 18 years in honor of his late father, Dr. Leslie V. Esposito. Dr. Esposito served on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society, the Long Beach Heart Association, and Holy Family Adoptive Parents. He was a former chairman of the Chadwick School Board of Directors. Dr. Esposito is survived by his wife Janet, daughters Lauren and Marisa, his mother Filomena Esposito and his brothers Leslie (Joan), Michael (Caren), James (Luann) and sisters Luciann (Thomas) Maulhardt and Gina (Thomas) Cappannelli. Services to be held Friday, July 5th, 12:30 pm, St. John Fisher Church, 5448 Crest Road, Rancho Palos Verdes.
