Vida Roberta Chandler Gomez

Born February 25, 1928 in Muldrow, Oklahoma, Vida married Charles Chandler on September 23, 1944 and they were married for 45 years.
They had five children, Nina, Ruth, Lavona Gale, Jimmy Charles Ronnie Dean and Joe Randall. Nina has since passed away. They had eleven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren. Charles passed away on September 28, 1989.
Vida retired at the age of 65 where she was a Quality Control Supervisor for a company that made parts for the aircraft industry.
She later married Louis Gomez, they both enjoyed traveling and each other's company. Louis passed away on August 1, 2016.
She loved to go fishing and gardening, her favorite was tending to her many roses. She was laid to rest with her first love, Charles in Green Hills Memorial Park.
