He was born on June 1, 1935 in Los Angeles, California and had been a resident of Hesperia, California. Vernon is survived by his beloved wife, Mary "Suzie" Arbuckle; children, Jeffrey and Vernon Arbuckle; grandson, Nathan Arbuckle and great-granddaughter, Caroline Ann.
