Torayo Makita

Torayo Makita, the daughter of Torakichi and Natsu Watadani, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2013 at the age of 101. She was born on July 19, 1912 in Maui, Hawaii and had been a long time resident of Los Angeles, California. Torayo is survived by his loving children, Caroline (Frank) Young and Beatrice (Rupert) Yoshikawa; grandchildren, Greg, Lance, Eric and Michael and great grandchildren, Ashlie, Austin, Brianna, Erika and Kirstie. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 11am at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes followed by interment.
