He is survived by his mother and father; 3 siblings, Edmond (Susan) Walters, Richard (Elaine) Walters and Marti (Charles) Louwerens. The Memorial Service for Theodore A. Walters will be Thursday, September 1st at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes.
