Theodore Holstein

Dr. Holstein, the son of Bernard Holstein and Esther Holstein, was born February 19, 1911 in Chicago, Illinois and passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2014 in San Pedro, California. He was preceded in death by Blanche Holstein (Sweet), his wife of 21 years. Dr. Holstein is survived by two children; his devoted son, Theodore Holstein and his Fiancé, Suzie Charney and daughter, Karen Leavitt, granddaughters, Cheryl Leavitt and Angela Leavitt; his care-giver, Nayeli Chavarin, whom he called "his girl" other relatives and friends. The memorial Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24th at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes. Interment will immediately follow the service.
