Teodolfo T. Tejero

On August 22, 2023 at 10:30PM, Teodolfo Tejero went back to his creator. During his 82 years on earth, he was a model son to Lucio(+) and Paula(+), became a husband of over 50 years to the love of his life and his best friend Nena(Saturnina). 1 year after Dolfo & Nena got married they became a family with the birth of Jingjing (Gener Dolnemar married to Una Logue). Within 6 years, their family was completed with the apple of his eye Sitsit (Franches Aurie married to Ryan Aranton) then the birth of his favorite son, Maymay (Dolcemar married to Sharo Francisco). Teodolfo is a brother to Teresita, Rustico(+), Veneranda, Herminia, Avelino and Catalina.

Growing up from a farming background, he loved to garden. He grew vegetables in the backyard and whatever extra he grew, he gave them away to family and friends. Besides his vegetables, he enjoyed most being around his grandchildren, Aidan, Marcus, Enrique, and Maya Magdalena. He along with his wife spoiled them rotten.

Teodolfo was a devoted schoolteacher in the Philippines for over 22 years before he emigrated to Carson, California in 1989. He and his wife gave up their lives in Tayum, Abra to start over for their children to have better future. Education was and is the greatest gift they gave their 3 children. He and Saturnina always said, “Nobody can take your education away from you so do your best in school.”

He always wanted to pass away at his home and Saturnina, their 3 children along with sister, Catalina worked very hard to fulfill his last wish.

There will be a reception right after internment.
