Sylvia June Hart

Sylvia June Hart of San Pedro passed away peacefully on January 5th 2017, after having a stroke.
She was born June 19, 1937, the only child of Anna Rojeski Stone and Frank (Stanowski) Stone. She was married to Charles Sidney Hart on July 20, 1957. She attended Ascension Catholic School, Bret Harte Middle School and Fremont High School. Her first job was at Northrop where she worked as a Secretary in Public Relations. She also worked at El Camino College while her children attended there to complete their AA degrees. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in San Pedro, and her children all graduated from Holy Trinity School. Sylvia enjoyed dancing, camping, sewing, cooking and loved her family. She has four children: Charles Sidney Hart, Jr. (Gail), Stacy Lynne Hart (Thad Mazurczyk), Kelly Ann Willis (Rick), and Amy Summer Hart (Ryan Moore). She was blessed with 12 grandchildren: Sarah Hart and Christina Gallion (Dane), Kaitlyn Mazurczyk and Michael Mazurczyk (Faith), Kristy Crandall (Brent), Matt Willis (Sarah), Megan Wynn (Chase), Chelsea Stanley (Ian), Jenna and Kathryn Willis, and Ryan Jr. and Jonathan Moore. She also has two great grandchildren from Christina (Colette and Connor), and two great grandchildren from Kristy (Caden and Alexa). Her burial at Green Hills Cemetery will be a private ceremony.
