Susan Covarrubias passed away on November 18, 2020 in Long Beach, CA. She was born on May 25, 1954 in Southern California and grew up in Lomita on Callison Street where she met several of her cherished life-long friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Beverly, and her son, Tommy.
She is survived by her father Alvin, and step-mother Jean, sister Sharon, husband Arthur, step-children Angie, Yelina, and Art, seven grandchildren; Richard, Delilah, Dez Marie, Maya, Vanessa, Joaquin, and Hammy, great-granddaughter Luna and many other family and friends.
Susan’s favorite things were spending time with her grandchildren and catching up with her many friends and cousins. Some of the highlights of her life were getting to take all of the children, grandchildren and her great granddaughter on a cruise and regularly taking all of the grandchildren to Knott’s Berry Farm.
She will be deeply missed and always remembered by all people who’s hearts she touched.
