Steven Zent

Steven was a good man. On June 15, 2023 he unfortunately passed away. Steve sacrificed his life for the lives of others. He always put other people before himself. Steve, as a police officer, has a lot to be proud of. He risked his life on multiple occasions. He ran into burning buildings and even ran full speed into the Redondo Beach Pier back in 1988 saving many lives. As a father and a husband he lived the same way. He would do just about anything for his family. Steve would stop whatever he was doing to at the first sign something might not be right with his family. He loved his family and he loved taking care of them. Along with his selfless character, he should be remembered for constantly making people laugh. His dry, and even dark, sense of humor was so unique he could not himself from making people burst out in laughter. Simply said, that was Steven Zent and that is how he should be remembered.
