Slavko "Sam" Ursich

Born June 5, 1930 to Joseph and Ljubica Ursich, the lifetime San Pedro resident passed away peacefully on May 24, 2016.
He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years: Barbara Ursich, sons: Joseph and Ron Ursich, grandsons: Lucas Ursich and Austin Turrey along with Sam's sister: Violet Moretti.
Slavko graduated from San Pedro High School in 1949 and retired from the Carson True Value - Las Palmas
Hardware stores after 50 years of service to the community.
Viewing will be on Tuesday from 3 to 8pm at Green Hills Mortuary. A funeral mass will be on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, 10am at Holy Trinity Church in San Pedro with a reception and burial to follow in Green Hills Memorial Park.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital ( www.stjude.org or 800-822-6344) in Sam's memory.
