Rudolph Edgar Vonack
December 30, 1929 — December 10, 2014
Rudolph "Rudy" Vonack, the son of Josephine and Jack Vonack, passed away on December 10th 2014 at the age of 84. He was born on December 30, 1929 and was a longtime resident of Manhattan Beach, California.
He is survived by his children, Stephanie Mills and her 3 children and grandchildren, Rudy Vonack and his 4 children, Amy Jarvis and her daughter, sister Connie Leyba and her family and preceded by his son Joseph Vonack.
Rudy is also survived by his professional family from Hughes Aircraft Company where he worked for over 33 years. He was a great mentor, an avid skier, runner and sailor and enjoyed life to its fullest. Rudy also served in the Korean War where he also went to school and discovered his love of photography and was honorably discharged in 1954.
Rudy's final resting place will be off of the Manhattan Beach Pier in a private ceremony with the family.
