Rosemary Tonche

Rosemary Tonche, the daughter of Francisco and Flora Tonche, passed away on August 13, 2013 at the age of 78. She was born on March 20, 1935 in El Paso, Texas and had been a resident of Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Rosemary is survived by her loving children, Richard (Penny) Perez, Margie Perez and Rosemary (Robert) Chavez; 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and siblings, Margie, Ofeia, Delia, Carlos and Beto. She was preceded in death by her grandchild and 9 siblings.
