Rose Irene Viveros

Rose Irene Viveros was born August 9, 1959. The second child to Lawrence & Rosa Ramos in Harbor City. In 1972 she met Jose Alfredo Viveros whom she married in 1982 after 8 years of courtship. They welcomed their only son, Jose Andres, in September 1984. She will always be remembered for her contagious smile, her gentle character, her genuine love and compassion for others. She possessed in fine example the Fruits of the Spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness and self control. She is also remembered for her love of 1970’s music and water.

As a child and a teen she enjoyed diving off Pilot’s Station, swimming and snorkeling at Abalone Cove. She played softball in many leagues. She was a source of strength to all who knew her. Her devotion to her family and her faith as a member of Jehovah’s Witness were her life’s attainment. She lived her life with the hope in the promise of living eternal life in paradise where she would be reunited with her parents and older brother, Lawrence, who she lost in 1987. And where we also hope to see her again.

She is survived by her loving husband José Alfredo, her son Jose Andres, her sisters Clara Carmen Hernandez & Mary Soledad Ramos, her family and friends.
