Rosa Chavez de Fernandez, the daughter of Pascual and Praxedis, passed away on March 6, 2012 at the age of 74. She was born on August 30, 1937 in Mexico and had been a longtime resident of Wilmington, California. Rosa is survived by her loving husband, Luis Fernandez Sr; brother, Jesus Chavez and niece, Silvia Chavez.
