Roma Tinsley Thompson (Naylor) passed away on Hawthorne, California on 9/28/16. She was born in Lowry City, Missouri on 3/22/30 and is preceded in death by twin brother, Robert Naylor, sister, Helen Wilcox, sister, Norma Baxter and brother, James Naylor.
Charlie Cash Thompson passed away in Torrance, California on 10/3/16. He was born in Abilene, Texas on 3/7/28 and is preceded in death by brother, Y.B. "Jumbo" Thompson, brother, William Thompson , sister, Frances Mcgee (Thompson) and sister, Genevieve Forman (Thompson).
Charlie and Roma were married July 9, 1949 in Phoenix AZ. They moved to California in 1951 where they made their home in Hawthorne, CA. and raised their children. Charlie and Roma made many good friends over the years and have greatly missed all family and friends that have gone before them. Those of us celebrating their lives have many happy times, fun adventures and all sorts of friends and family stories to remember them by in the years to come. They are survived by their daughter, Karen L. Thompson of Hawthorne, CA, son, Michael W. Thompson and daughter-in-law, Colleen Thompson, both of Marion, Illinois, daughter Norma C. Thompson of Hawthorne, CA , son, Steven K. Thompson of Redondo Beach, CA, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Charlie and Roma enjoyed a wonderful marriage of 67 years, and the family believes that when Roma went to heaven, she called for Charlie to join her just 5 days later. Together forever.
