Roger Gonzales

PFC Roger Gonzales was killed in action in Korea November 29, 1950 at the age of 20. He was born February 14, 1930 in San Pedro, California. He graduated from San Pedro High School in 1948, at which he participated in the pole vault and half mile events. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in April 1949. At the time of his death, he left his parents Anastacia and Antonio Gonzales and sisters Rosalina and Erminia. A third sister Alicia was born three years after his death. Funeral services for Roger Gonzales will be held Friday September 21, 2018 10:00 am at the Memorial Site, Green Hills Memorial Park 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, Ca 90275
