Robert Mark Oreb

Robert "Bob" Oreb passed away on Dec. 7. Growing up in the South Shores area he enjoyed the adventures of downhill skiing and water skiing but his passion was skateboarding the hills of San Pedro. Other interests included photography and painting. He was employed by ILWU (local13) and enjoyed his job as night crane driver. He was quick with a joke and leaves behind many friends. His loss is deeply felt by his wife Candace (stepsons Matt & Bruce), parents Mark and Ginny, sisters Beth Thompson (Scott) and Sharon Estrada (Ray), in-laws Anthony and Roxie Vitalich, nephews Mark & Ray, niece Robyn & many aunts and cousins. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity. A viewing will be held Wednesday, December 21st 3pm-6pm at Green Hills Mortuary, and a funeral service will be held Friday, December 23rd at 12pm at the Historic Church of Green Hills.
