Born on April 27, 1979 in Torrance, the Fontana resident passed away on July 9, 2017.
Richard is survived by his loving family including his dear mother: Patrecia Elena Gonzalez, his step-father: Carlos Gonzalez, his sisters: Annette Carbajal and Desiree White along with his twin sons: Enzo A. Serrato and Elijha A. Serrato. Besides his family, Richard loved classical music, the ocean, the mountains, automobiles such as Ferraris, the Dodgers and the San Francisco 49ers.
When he served in the Navy, he was aboard the USS Carl Vinson.
A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017, 11:30 am at the Green Hills Memorial Chapel with private burial.
