He was born on April 23, 1937 in Minnesota and had been a longtime resident of Rolling Hills, California. Richard is survived by his beloved wife; Carole Hoffman, daughter; Heidi Hoffman, daughter-in-law; Erin Hoffman, son; Rex Hoffman, brother; Stuart Hoffman and sister-in-law; Ronda Gottlieb.
