Richard Joseph Dougherty

Richard Joseph Dougherty, the son of William and Josephine Dougherty, passed away peacefully on March 9, 2012 at the age of 81. He was born on August 15, 1930 in Omaha, Nebraska and had been a longtime resident of Palos Verdes and Torrance, California. Richard is predeceased by his siblings, Gene, Shirley and Josephine and is survived by his beloved wife, Charlotte Dougherty; children, Lisa Dougherty, Carrie Hartlieb, Patrick Dougherty, and William Dougherty; grandchildren, Brandon, Kristen, Alexandra, Noah, Riley, Sean and sister, Patsy Senseney. A memorial service will be held in honor of Richard on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
