Phyllis E. Russell

Phyllis Russell passed away on July 18, 2015 at the age of 87. Born in Illinois, she and her family settled in Lomita, CA. where she graduated from Narbonne High School then went on to attending USC. Till gave many years of service to the Department of Motor Vehicles before retirement. She is preceded in death by her husband Jack Russell , daughters Judy Corwin, Mary Cobbs and grandson Jack Corwin. Phyllis is survived by sons in love Richard Corwin and William Cobbs, grandchildren Patrick (Niki) Corwin, Chris (Martha) Costa, Andrew Cobbs and Amanda (Marcus)James. Phyllis always had a saying "love you most" which she would warmly greet her four great grandchildren Brien, Briana, Brett and Patrick JR Corwin. Her services will be held on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 2:00pm at Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
