Philip Y. Lowe

Philip Yen-San Lowe, 92, born May 19, 1927 in Shanghai, China. Passed away June 15, 2019. Residing in Los Angeles, California at the time of his death. He was preceded in death by his son, Philip T. Lowe, Jr and brothers Benjamin Lowe and Alexander Lowe. Survived by his beloved wife, Amy Y. Lowe, daughter, Myra Katsuki, granddaughter, Cristalle Kishi (Brendan Falkner) and his sisters, Pearl Louie, Marie (Leah) Lowe and Lily Lowe.
