Patrick H. Fuscoe

Pat was born Oct. 1, 1928 in Youngstown, OH. where he grew- up until enlisting in the U.S. Navy.

After training at NTC, Great Lakes, IL., he was assigned to the U.S.S. Estes based in Shanghai, China and served as part of the China Occupation force.

After returning from sea duty, he was stationed at Navy Radio Station, Imperial Beach, CA. where he met & married Joan Reed of New Castle, PA.

He was then offered Aviation School Training at Memphis, TN.

After training at NAS Memphis, he completed his Navy enlistment at NAS North Island, Coronado, CA.

Pat & Joan moved to New Castle, PA. & had their first child, Patrick. Pat then decided to continue his aviation career by commuting to Pittsburgh, PA. for 2 more years.

After schooling, he was offered a job with United Airlines at Midway Airport, Chicago, IL. & from there on to LAX, Los Angeles, CA.

He & Joan made their home in Torrance, CA. They had another son, William, and a daughter, Nancy.

After 33 years with United & the unexpected passing of Joan, Pat retired. He later met Marianne. They relocated to Carlsbad, CA, married, and enjoyed their lives together for 24 years.
