Pat Monje was born Oct 3,1953 in San Pedro, Ca. The Long Beach resident passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family and friends at 6:25 a.m. Jan.24, 2019.
Pat is preceded in death by her father Richard Monje, her Sister Lori Garcia, and Uncle David Monje. Pat is survived by her spouse Julie Ambord, her Mother Marina Monje, Sisters Kathy Campos, Lynda (Joel) Hilbert, Brother-in-law Larry Garcia, Nieces Trisha Campos, Kristin Garcia, Karly Garcia, Nephew Nico (Bree) Garcia.
Pat was a third generation member of the ILWU-Local13/Marine Clerks Union for 31 years.
Her passions included world travel, golf, snow skiing, wine tasting, and ANY and ALL ADVENTURES in the company of her FRIENDS and FAMILY!
Pat is most noted for her infectious laugh, her light up the world smile, and her tremendous generosity!
Her loyalty, her work ethic, and genuine sense of fairness will be missed greatly by all who knew her.
A CELEBRATION of her life will be held on Monday February 4, 2019-at 10:00a.m. at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in San Pedro. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park
