Olivia Loughry, 68, born August 12, 1943 in Zacatecas, Mexico, and immigrated to the US when she was 12 years old where she became a resident of San Pedro. She graduated from San Pedro High School and attended CNA Trade School later on to where she specialized on working with geriatrics. Soon, after she worked hard and became an Occupational Therapy assistant. She loved helping people and would always take pride in her patients who she dearly cared for. To this day, she was still working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She was a simple yet humble woman who loved her family with all her heart and loved to work hard. She is survived by her children Nora Loughry, Michael Loughry, and Valerie (Chad) Dahlk. She is also survived by her grandchildren who were the light of her life, Sabrina (18), Michael (16), and Haileyann Loughry (14) and Aidan Dahlk (3). She is also survived by her dear brothers and sister, Christine Javier Evans, Mariano Javier and Geraldo"Gary" Javier, along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She will be dearly missed. Love more! Her services are as follows: January 6 is the viewing from 3 to 8pm at the mortuary.. Funeral is Saturday January 7 at 1:00pm in the mortuary chapel, with interment to follow in Green Hills Memorial Park.
