Oliver Edwin Booth

Oliver Edwin Booth, aged 23 days, passed away in his parents' arms at Torrance Memorial Medical Center in Torrance, CA on June 25th, 2014 at 12:28am. After struggling with the effects of trisomy 18, he was called home to the arms of Jesus.

Oliver was the son of Edwin and Carrie Booth, and the brother of Colin and Reilley of Redondo Beach. He is the answer to their prayers, and they waited for his birth with faith and hope. He was born on June 3rd, and was 5 pounds, 1 ounce, and 17 inches long. During his brief visit on earth, he enjoyed being sang to, rocked, and held close by his parents and family. He will be greatly missed, but is without pain and perfect in glory, he waits for us with the Lord.

The family would like to thank the staff at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, the NICU nurses, and a special thank you to Dr. Patel, Dr. Schwartz, and Dr. Ukeje, for their incredible care to Oliver and the entire family. The family would also like to thank Pastor Paul Viggiano and Branch of Hope Orthodox Presbyterian Church for their prayers and support.
