Norma Lagos Mares

Norma Lagos Mares was called home to our Lord in the late evening of Monday February 4, 2019.

Born January 17, 1954 to Hernan Lagos and Dolores De Jesus Duarte.
Norma was a unique and caring individual, her generosity, kind, friendly and giving nature touched the lives of all that knew her.
Norma married Percy Mares December 18, 1988 and raised one daughter, Genesis Mares.

Norma worked as a Lead Lab Technician for electrical connectors at Carlisle in El Segundo California.

Norma bravely battled cancer and her courage, strength, hope and strong will to go on living will always be an inspiration to all who saw her battling for her life.

Norma is survived by her husband, Percy Mares, her Daughter, Genesis Mares; her two sisters, Nora and Alba Lagos; her two Brothers, Raul A. Gamero and Christopher Lagos. She is predeceased by her Father, Hernan Lagos; her mother Dolores De Jesus Duarte and her brother, Javier Lagos.

Funeral Service
A mass for the purification of her soul in the beatific vision of heaven and celebration of her life is scheduled at 12: 00 noon on Friday February 15 at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church on 1292 W Santa Cruz St, San Pedro, CA 90732.
Reception to follow.
