Born in Chios, Greece, passed away peacefully at Torrance Memorial Hospital surrounded by family.
A man with a zest for life and an enduring love for his homeland, his life was one of adventure, family, and appreciation for the world around him. He worked many hard jobs throughout his life from the young age of 9 during the Depression years until the age of 79 at his own business Mike’s Produce.
An avid outdoorsman, Mike found joy in hunting and fishing, a tradition he cherished most when shared with his son. He was a man who lived life fully, savoring the small moments and the great adventures alike. His laughter and stories created a legacy of memories for his family and friends to treasure forever.
Mike was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Georgia, who was his partner in life and love. He leaves behind two devoted children (Bill / Debbie, Kiki / Richard), and his four adored grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at noon. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate Mike's remarkable life.
