The attorney is survived by his beloved wife: Heidi; children: Emma, Bruce, Wendy, Kate, Samuel and Joseph; mother: Violet along with siblings: Marc (Crystal) and Jann (Dave).

Graveside services will be on Sunday, June 30, 2013, 10:00am in Green Hills Memorial Park.
