Marion L. Henderson

June 20, 1934 — December 16, 2016

Marion L. Henderson was born on June 20, 1934 in Jefferson City, Missouri. Marion was the second of four daughters born to Emmitt and Edna Mae Dearing. Marion had a close-knit family life and her mid-western up bringing lead her to become a strong and determined woman. Her courageous nature lead her to California.

It was while working for American Airlines as a "Stewardess" that she met and married her husband, Jack L. Henderson. Marion left American Airlines as one of the "original" AA Stewardess' and went to work at TRW Aerospace. Marion retired from TRW in 1992.

Marion fought a courageous battle with Cancer since June of 2015. Her deep faith in God always kept her spirits high and optimistic that she would win the battle. As her cancer spread, she accepted God's call with a dignity and grace that few of us will ever know.

Her husband, Jack, preceded Marion in death in 1994. Marion is survived by her beloved daughter Michelle, loved son in-law Barry, and her cherished grandchildren Jack (15) and Jade (12), along with her beloved friend, companion, and second love of her life, John Bauer.
