Marilyn A. Peterson

Marilyn Aiko Peterson, 82, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2025, in Torrance, California. Born on December 17, 1942, in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Donald L. Uesugi and Peggy Tamiko Kobayashi. Marilyn was a long-time resident of Harbor City, California. She is survived by her children - Charlotte, Jeffery, and Gregory, Stepson Richard Peterson, II and wife Jacqueline, grandchildren - Brigitte and husband Nathaniel Jones, Andria, Ryan, and Elijah, also siblings – Anthony and Theodore Jr. She was predeceased by her husband Richard Peterson Sr, stepfather Theodore Osuniga, and grandson Richard Peterson III. A private funeral service will be held at 12PM on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, at Green Hills Memorial Park.
