Marietta Bullock

Marietta Bullock, 82, passed away peacefully the morning of October 4, 2021.

Marietta was born on August 3, 1939, in Orange, NJ to Michael and Mary Christiano. She attended West Orange High School, graduated from Newark State with a bachelor's in Education, then taught elementary school near her home in West Orange. After marrying Fred Bullock, she moved to Towaco, NJ and devoted herself to raising her family. The family moved to Torrance, CA in 1978, and Marietta called Torrance home ever since. She dedicated many years to volunteering for schools and community groups. Above all, Marietta treasured spending time with her friends and familym especially her grandchildren. Marietta will be remembered as a loving person who was always eager to lend a hand to help those in need.

Survivors include Pamela Sands and her husband George Sands; grandchildren Jordan, Jessica, Joseph, Jina, and Julie Sands; and daughter Cynthia Dunlop and her husband David Dunlop. She is pre-deceased by her brother Michael Christiano Jr.
