Maria C. Zazueta

Maria Catalina Zazueta passed away on February 21, 2013 at the age of 89. She was born on December 25, 1923 in her beloved hometown of Culiacan Sinaloa, Mexico. Maria is preceded in death by her sons, Emilio Zazueta, Jr. and Gilbert Zazueta and daughter Maria-Elena Rangel and is survived by her husband Emilio Zazueta and their children, Lupe Bracamonte, Terry Engle, Anita Fostervold, Rosie Zazueta, Diane Zazueta and Nancy Ashline. She greatly adored and loved her grandchildren Louie and Emily Rangel, Lisa and Nina Zazueta, Yvette Frost, Tammy Maldonado, Kevin Rheuby, Melany Engle, Jeffrey Zazueta, Elise Berry and Jason Ashline. She also adored and loved her great grandchildren Noah Frost, Cody Hirzel, Miranda Acree, Bianka Presba, Sarah and Joshua Parra, Melissa and Justin Montefalcon, Alejandra Berry and Maximus Ashline. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and dear friend who loved life and always cared for others first and foremost. She was a woman of great strength and believed in family first and taught her children the same values. She was a woman of faith and believed strongly in "La Virgen de Guadalupe". She will be greatly missed but always in our hearts and thoughts. Rest in peace sweet beautiful loving soul, now eternally with your "Senor".
