Margaret "Maggie" Ortigoza

Margaret Garcia Ortigoza, born March 29, 1965 in Douglas, Arizona and raised in Wilmington, California, unexpectedly passed on February 3, 2025 at the age of 59. She was the heart of her family, full of love, wisdom, and strength. Her zest for life and the love for her family was indeed her strongest quality. Her beautiful personality and readiness to help anyone in need will forever live through those who knew her. Maggie is survived by her sons, Joe, Ernesto and Emanuel Montoya; her sister Jeannie Ortigoza and brother Ernesto Romero. Eight grandchildren; Cirrena, Aleena, Christina, Robert, Karina, Joey, Anahis and Aliah. Additionally, she leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is now resting with her daughter, Jeannie Montoya; Mother, Margaret Garcia; Brother, Jesus Ortigoza and Sister Annie Romero. Maggie will be deeply missed but will remain forever in our hearts.
Viewing will be held Thursday March 13, 2025 at 4:30 - 8:30 pm at Green Hills Mortuary and Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be Friday March 14, 2025 at 11:30 am, at Green Hills Mortuary and Memorial Chapel. Burial interment will take place immediately to follow at Green Hills Memorial Park 27501 S Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275.
