Margaret Lorenzana

Most Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother who devoted all her love to her family, friends and the many people in her life. Born in Fresno, CA, as a teen her parents moved to San Pedro, CA where she graduated from San Pedro High School. In 1961 she married Simon Lorenzana, the love of her life. Recently they had celebrated 52 wonderful years of being together. Their love brought 3 loving sons Steven, Michael and Andrew who adored and cherished every moment spent with their beautiful mother, Margaret. Within the years Margaret received two loving daughter-in-laws, Yolanda, wife of Steven; and Armenuhi, wife of Andrew. Margaret and Simon were blessed with two grandchildren, Vincent and Elena-Margaret, children of Andrew and Armenuhi. Becoming a grandmother was Margaret's ultimate joy. She would spend hours holding and singing lullabies to her grandchildren. Margaret's passions included sewing, cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all. She is also survived by her brother Gabriel Huerta. Viewing/Services to be held at Green Hills Mortuary, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 on Thursday, August 29, 2013 between 5-9 pm. Burial to follow on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 11 am at same location.
