Margaret Elizabeth Collinson

Margaret Elizabeth Clifford Collinson passed away on May 31, 2015 at the age of 89. She was born on October 11, 1925 in Seattle, Washington and was a longtime resident of Rolling Hills Estates. She attended Annie Wright Seminary in Tacoma before studying at the University of Washington. She enjoyed 43 years of marriage with her husband Bob, whom she met on a blind date, and had 3 children. She enjoyed travel and spending time with her grandchildren. Her faith was a daily part of her life and she was a member of Chapter TG of the PEO Sisterhood. She is survived by her children, Tom (Charlotte) Collinson, Margaret (David) DePauw, Susan Collinson, grandchildren, Timothy (Kelly) Collinson, Michael Collinson, Laura DePauw, R. Eric DePauw, Sarah DePauw, Anne-Marie DePauw, great grandchildren, Joseph, Kylie, Samantha, Asiah, Cynthia, Mylie Collinson, and sister, Florence (Roger) Nielsen. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 11th 3pm – 8pm at Green Hills Mortuary. The celebration of her life will be held June 12th at Rolling Hills Covenant Church, North Campus Chapel (2221 PV Drive North, Rolling Hills Estates) at 1pm.
