After Marriage lived in Torrance, California from 1941 to 1947. Then purchased home in North Long Beach, California, July 1947.

Survived by Son Kevin L. Hundt and wife Louella S. Hundt who live in Long Beach, California. One grandson, Geoffrey L. Hundt, who resides in Houston, Texas. Also several nephews and cousins in Nebraska, and Arizona.

Predeceased by Parents, Charles Kruger, February 6, 1965 and Frieda (Duehr) Kruger, October 8, 1958. Husband, Arnold L. Hundt, June 5, 1992. Two Brothers, Melvin Kruger, November 15, 1962 and Ralph Kruger, September 30, 1997.

After business school, Marcelline worked as an Executive Secretary both in Nebraska and early years in California until Kevin was born. She was a strong support to devoted husband, Arnold, who was a Regional Salesman for Genuine Parts Company. As a Mother, she was active many years with the PTA and Boy Scouts. Marcelline volunteered many hours and years to her Lutheran ministry at St. John’s Church, was an organizer with the Women’s League; and a volunteer for the Braille program at Bethany Lutheran. She was a faithful member at St. John’s Lutheran, Long Beach for over 65 years. As grandparents, they spent hours teaching their grandson how to garden and build things. During retirement, Marcelline and Arnold enjoyed their long-distance travels to Europe on many occasions – Germany, France, Italy, Britain, and Morocco, plus Caribbean & Mexico cruises. She continued to travel to Texas to visit Kevin, Louella, and Geoff well into her 80’s.

In lieu of flowers, make memorial contributions to St. John's Lutheran Church or Bethany Lutheran Church, Long Beach, CA.
