Lucille Wright was born on November 10, 1919 in Lake City, Arkansas. She married George Spencer and became Lucille Spencer on February 24, 1939. She was a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and friend to all. She was always willing to help when you needed it. She was really proud of her heritage and shared her life stories with all of us. She told the grandkids about life on a farm, how to milk a cow, how to make butter, to pick cotton and everything else you can do on a farm. She taught and educated us all.
She went to be with our Lord on Sunday October 28, 2012. She is at peace now. She is with the Lord now looking down upon us all. She is also reunited with her husband, George, her family and friends in heaven.
She is survived by her two sons; Butch and Preston, daughter-in-law Donna, five grandchildren; George, Shannon, Brian, Andy and Kristina and ten great-grandchildren; Jorden, Michaela, Tyler, Cierra, Joey, Bryan (BJ), Georgie, Aryiana, Willy and Jonny.
Favorite memories:
Donna - Every year at Christmas she would make homemade candy and give it to family and friends. We all looked forward to that chocolate. :-)
Aryiana - My favorite memory of granny was when we would make fish sticks and while eating them she would tell me jokes I would just start laughing till my face was red. :-) Granny you will be missed
