Lois Marie Gilliard

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Lois Gilliard, Lois was born in the beautiful state of Oklahoma on August 29th 1924 to her father Andrew Ledbetter and Mother Jessie Bell. Lois met the love of her life Walter E. Gilliard whom in their wonderful 59 years of marriage would then welcome their two children, Vicki and Jerry. Later in life Vicky and Jerry would soon begin their own journey in life and bring more joy into the life of Lois by making her a grandmother to Jami Dixon, Wiley Pinson Jr (Vicki’s children) and Walter Gilliard, Dana Eide, and Karen Warrell (Jerry’s children). Soon after Lois would have the beautiful title of being a Great Grandmother as the family has continued to grow. On October 7th, 2022 Lois passed away peacefully, although the sorrow will continue to be there, the comfort in knowing that she has joined her beloved husband Walter has brought the comfort to our homes. Lois will be laid to rest on October 18, 2022 at Green Hills Memorial Park, the Graveside service will commence at 2:00pm where the family will be joining together to pay their final respects to Lois and lay her peacefully next to Walter so they may be together once more.
