Liwayway Changco Rivera

Liwayway Changco Rivera, the daughter of Pio and Amparo Changco, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2013 at the age of 82. She was born on June 30, 1931 in the Philippines and had been a long time resident of Harbor City, California. Liwayway is survived by her beloved children, Anna Maria (Nestor) Tuazon, Vicente Paolo Rivera and Rhodora Tolentino; 7 grandchildren, Edwin, Maria Lourdes, Rhomel, R.A., Karla, Nicole and Justin; 9 great grandchildren and sister, Carmen Bernardino. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18th from 3 - 8pm at Green Hills Mortuary- Villetta Room with a Chapel Service on Thursday, December 19th at 9am at Green Hills Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
