Linda M. Galbreath

Linda M. Galbreath, 64 year resident of Harbor City, passed away on September 26, 2014. Linda was born on December 23, 1919 to Olinda G. Ebel and Charles F. Barnum, in Wilmington, CA. Linda married Ralph Galbreath in 1938 & had three children; Alvin, Barbara & Bonnie. Linda was a nurse at Bay Harbor Hospital for 14 years. She truly enjoyed nursing as well as gardening, baking & knitting. Linda is preceded in death by her brother Charles K. Barnum, her sister Reita E. McCroy, her ex-husband Ralph L. Galbreath, & her son Alvin. She is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Greenwalt (Houston, TX) & Bonnie Darrow (Torrance, CA), along with her nine granddaughters & numerous great - grandchildren. Memorial services will be held on October 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Avenue, Rancho Palos Verdes. A reception will immediately follow at the home of Bonnie & Jim Darrow.
