Lido Frank Buonaguidi

Our beloved father, Lido Frank Buonaguidi passed away at his San Clemente home on February 11th. He is survived by his daughter Catherine Edmisson, his son-in-law Jim Edmisson, his son John Buonaguidi, daughter-in-law Debra Buonaguidi, granddaughter Catherine Buonaguidi; 9 nephews and nieces and beloved cousin. And Tegra his constant cat companion. His wonderful wife, Marge preceded him in death in 1984. Lido Frank was born in Santa Monica and grew up in Los Angeles. After graduating at Manual Arts High School he proudly served in the Air Corp in WWII. Frank became a Tile Contractor and his work is legendary throughout Southern California. Every job he completed was a work of art. This Renaissance Man was a mentor, artist, musician, coach, scout leader, comedian, YMCA leader and philanthropist. He brought joy and love to every life he touched. We will deeply miss our hero, the Greatest Dad on Earth. Services will be held at Green Hills on Friday, February 21st.
