One of Lees' greatest joys was sailing his sailboat with his wife Muriel.
After Lees retirement, he and Muriel enjoyed traveling cross country in their motorhome with their dogs Pippa, Toby, and Zelda to Manistee. Lee loved to travel to Manistee to visit his friends, family, and hometown. So much so, he purchased a summer home there so he could be close to his family, whom which he loved, honored, and protected. Lee was a personification of decent standup guy who will be very missed by his family and friends and his sweet dog Zelda.
